    1. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Most concentrations require a science/math/engineering (STEM) major, however, non-STEM applicants are eligible to apply for some concentrations. Please check your concentration page for more details. A list of all our available concentrations can be found here.
    2. Recently updated resume - without your resume, your application will be considered incomplete
    3. Official transcripts must be sent directly to the graduate admissions office at the time of applying
    4. GRE score (GMAT and MCAT scores can be substituted for certain concentrations)
    5. Two letters of recommendation
    6. Personal statement

    GRE score waiver process

Please find the instructions for requesting a GRE score waiver here. (You can obtain your RUID when you begin your application, which you will need to request a GRE score waiver.)

    International Applicants

    • All international applicants MUST have their entire transcripts translated and evaluated course by course through WES or ECE - no exceptions. The original (untranslated) transcripts are not required.
    • A TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) test score is required if your undergraduate education was completed in a non-English speaking country:

    Transferring Credits:

A Master of Business and Science degree applicant can apply to transfer up to 12 credits from graduate courses completed at another accredited university, with a grade of B or better, provided they are equivalent to the courses in the MBS degree program, AND credit for these courses was not used to earn a previous undergraduate degree. Acceptance for credit towards the MBS degree is subject to approval by the PSM Program Director and is not automatic. (Please note, we do not accept transfer from many international universities.)
