Abbe Rosenthal is Assistant Director and leads Corporate Partnerships, Student Employment, Alumni Engagement, and Professional Development as well as an Executive Coach and Externship Exchange Advisor for the Professional Science Master’s Program. Abbe coaches students and alumni on their career goals, challenges, and leadership aspirations. She helped grow the Externship Exchange Program by forming partnerships with over 50 organizations. Abbe facilitates several Leadership Labs within the Externship Exchange program including leadership skills, team collaboration, project management, and effective data presentations. Abbe centralized the career development function and was instrumental in the formation of the MBS Alumni Group and the MBS Mentoring Program. Abbe has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, leadership coaching, and learning and development—supporting senior leaders and their teams to improve engagement and performance across industries, functions, levels, and geographies. Some of her clients have included InterContinental Hotels Group, Quest Diagnostics, Mondelez, Ghirardelli Chocolate, ARYZTA, ADP, Pfizer, Tata Harper Skincare, American Express, and many others.
Abbe holds a Master's degree in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialty in Workplace Diversity from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business -summa cum laude - from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Certified DYL Coach from Stanford University, LCOP-certified coach through the Rutgers’ Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program, certified in The Leadership Circle Profile, and is trained in DiSC, Hogan and other instruments. Additionally, Abbe is trained as a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. She uses her sense of humor, curiosity, and passion for people to help individuals identify purpose and leverage their strengths to set themselves up for success.
